I am a Life Coach and Passion Test Facilitator. Theanswer to what makes me very good in both of these areas is twofold: life experience and training.

I grew up learning the pain and difficulties of dealing with family addictions and personality disorder which from an early age set me on a path of asking how to move beyond this and find a life of joy. I was well schooled in the fine art of co-dependency and spent many years living by what I believed I was supposed to be for others. I came slowly to the realization that I had lost touch with myself. The inner critic in my head was filled with self-loathing. I have often jokingly described my guardian angel as carrying a baseball bat to get my attention. Falling into the abyss is where the “still small voice” of God can be heard. It said to me, “Love your neighbor as you love yourself”; knowing I was far from loving myself I realized that had to be the starting point. My journey of re-discovering and re-creating myself has brought me to a place of inner peace and joy. The gifts of these experiences are strong intuition and empathetic ability to deeply connect with my clients. I can also say with complete confidence that when you choose to re-create your life, your life becomes a fascinating and wondrous journey. I had a little music box in college that played a tune called the Happy Wanderer. It has always had a strong appeal for me and seems now an apt theme for my life experience.

I received my certification from Authentic Happiness Coaching learning how to employ personal strengths in creating happiness. My signature strengths are curiosity, creativity, capacity to love, courage, gratitude, and spirituality. I have an unquenchable desire to learn and share it. I am a spiritually based person which led me to study and receive my degree from St. Louis University in theology. I graduated from a seven-year program with the School of Healing Arts having studied Energy and Kabbalistic therapies which taught me healthy boundaries, self-care and dancing in the moment. I am an ordained minister and certified as a pastoral counselor. I found coaching to be a natural for me. I enjoy the work I do with my coaching clients as they move forward creating both personal and business success. I expect to complete my coaching certification with Mentor Coach and the International Coaching Federation in Spring 2009. Janet Attwood, co-author of The Passion Test teaches: “When you are clear, what you want will show up in your life and only to the extent you are clear.” I was clear that I wanted a simple yet powerful system for helping my clients create a great life. Two weeks later I was in a teleclass with Janet Attwood talking about The Passion Test and the upcoming training for facilitators. My guardian angel, who has had less need for her baseball bat in the last thirteen years, whispered this is what you requested. I immediately signed up and was in the first group of people Janet and Chris Attwood trained as facilitators. I call it the users manual for the Law of Attraction moving from wishful thinking to practical application. Since that time, my experience with this simple yet profound system for gaining clarity, making decisions and moving past self-limiting beliefs has proven itself in my life as well as the lives of my clients.

Coaching with me is about aligning your life in passion and purpose, learning to appreciate the strengths and gifts you bring to share with the world, silencing the inner critic that holds you back, designing the actions that will create the life you want and laughing a lot.
